When I was charged with a DUI, I spoke with a couple of attorneys. One attorney said that I did not have a winnable case because I was involved in an accident and because of the time (2:00 a.m.) that it happened. The second attorney said that he would try but the chances were slim to none.

One week before my first court date I was ready to hire my first attorney and plead guilty to all the charges. When I read all the information (10 pages worth) I started having hope that I didn’t have to plead guilty.
